The warrant was issued by virtue of the warrantee's having a warrant in right of settlement in Monongalia County, VA. The original warrant is in the Library of Virginia. Records of these two places in addition to the KY Secretary of State's Land Records were required to see the whole picture.<br /><br />I could really use Kandie Adkinson's wisdom.
